How to cancel a Momoka subscription or request help with a payment.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of a charge if you have sent fewer than 50 messages during the applicable paid period. Email [email protected] from your account email with the charge details. Eligible refunds are issued within 48 hours; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
